- It was his 1st dental visit .He specially came from nadiad for his dental treatment.
- On clinical & radiographic examination we saw cavity on lower left 2nd molar.
- We did root canal treatment under microscope foll0wed by ceramic cap.
- Advantages of microscopic root canal treatment are increase precision & accuracy, more conservative & increase success years of treatment.
- At the end,patient was pain free & fully comfortable with new cap.
