Please read this policy carefully before booking an appointment with B-Square Dental Studio. It explains appointment cancellation timelines, rebooking charges, booking amount terms and rescheduling rules.
Appointment Reservation
Once you book an appointment with B-Square Dental Studio, the selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
Because the clinic schedule is planned around confirmed appointments, patients are requested to inform us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation Notice
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will be subject to a rebooking charge.
Refund Policy
Please note that the booking amount is non-refundable.
This applies once the appointment has been booked and the clinic has reserved time in its schedule for you.
Rescheduling Policy
You can reschedule your appointment only once.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can help you select a suitable available slot.
